The base legs are fixed and the steel frame is powder coated. The metal surface is sandblasted to remove rust and then electrostatically sprayed for corrosion resistance and finish. Seat fabrics are of various colors and varieties, and can be flame retardant, reaching B1 level of combustion performance standards. The connecting bracket is injection molded nylon, the supporting shaft is made of 45# high quality carbon steel, and the flip bearing is a high quality engineering plastic industrial bearing.
